| This is a very good friend Uncle Charley, the owner of this beautiful car. He has had it parked for over 10 years and needed to get it road worthy to drive it. I was privlege to be the one he let do the work. |

| The unique feature of this car is that it is a "Hard Top Convertible". the top slide back into the trunk when down. It has some problems that we will fix next Wednesday. |
